Glass chips manufacture

LabInGlass

Depending on your needs, Klearia offer experience in designing and developing customized microfluidic chip tailored to your requirements.

Technologies developed by Klearia are based on exclusively patented microfluidics.

What is microfluidics

Microfluidics is a multidisciplinary field that combines physics, chemistry and biochemistry, biology and biotechnology, engineering and nanotechnology.

It is primarily utilized in systems where low volumes of fluids are processed to achieve multiplexing, automation and high-throughput screening. Microfluidics allows the precise manipulation and control of fluids that are geometrically constrained to a small, typically sub-millimeter, scale.

Microfluidic sensors

Our exclusive and patented technology lets us develop instrumentations on a chip and nanostructured surfaces.

Microfluidic sensors allow electrochemical detection and send out a signal that is translated into a message that can be easily interpreted by the end user.

It is popular in industries dealing with environmental or health issues, as well as agribusiness, biology, or industrial production sectors.

Using our exclusive and patented technology we are able to incorporate a large range of electrode materials (gold, platinium ...) including thermosensitive materials like carbon into the glass chip.

Unlike polymer based chips, sensos manufactured by Kleraia can be used a few time before being changed.

Beyond LabInGlass service, Klearia conceives and manufactures advanced electrochemical analysers.

Our latest innovation is                                                      a disruptive technology that revolutionises water analysis.  This analyser uses microfluidics

to detect trace metals of extremely low concentration in water.
